To accomplish the goal of each participant achieving their respective objectives, the “portable” project data has to be there throughout the progress of the project, and importantly it needs to be there at the start with the end in mind.

The following websites show how project data could be provided at the start of the project simply by having the project owner, public or private, provide a downloadable file with a limited amount of specific data fields in addition to the rest of the information commonly provided.
